Finch.Corp Terms of Use
1. Parties and scope
These terms govern the use of the Finch.Corp iPhone app and the Finch.Corp workplace portal (the “service”), provided by NEUROPROJECT LLC (INN 5261140192, the “developer”). The service includes a work messenger, email, document workflow and an AI assistant. The Russian version prevails in case of discrepancy.
Access is granted by the organization the user works for. By tapping “Accept” in the app, the user agrees to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Account
Users must not share their login and password and are responsible for actions taken under their account. A lost password must be reported to the organization's administrator.
3. Objectionable content and abuse — zero tolerance
The service has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Prohibited:
- insults, threats, harassment, discrimination, hate speech;
- sexual content, graphic violence, promotion of illegal drugs, extremism or terrorism;
- spam, fraud, impersonation;
- sharing other people's personal data or confidential information without the right to do so;
- malicious files and attempts to access others' data or disrupt the service;
- any other content that violates the laws of the Russian Federation.
4. Reporting and blocking
You can report objectionable content or a user:
- in the app — Report or Block in a conversation, or More → Privacy & Account → Report Content;
- by email to support@neuro-project.pro.
Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. If a violation is confirmed, the content is removed and the offending user is blocked; the user's organization administrator is notified. A blocked user can no longer message the person who blocked them.
5. AI assistant
Assistant answers are generated automatically and may contain errors. Users verify them before making decisions, sending documents or acting in accounting systems. The assistant works only with the user's separate consent to share data with model providers (see the Privacy Policy).
6. User content
Messages and files created in work chats belong to the organization's business. The developer does not use them for its own purposes and processes them only to run the service.
7. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. The developer strives for uninterrupted operation but is not liable for interruptions beyond its control or for decisions made on unverified assistant answers.
8. Termination
Users may delete their account in the app at any time. The organization may disable a user's access. The developer may block an account that violates section 3.
9. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Material changes get a new version, and the app asks the user to accept them again.
